About Us

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to manage store operations, maintain inventory levels, and liaise with suppliers to ensure a steady flow of materials. This role will be pivotal in keeping our stores orderly and secure, and your ability to plan work effectively will maximize productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage material issuing and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient store operations
  • Liaise with suppliers to order materials and assist with stores purchasing
  • Coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously, often with conflicting deadlines
  • Ensure stores and outside areas are kept clean and orderly
  • Operate mechanical plant machinery, including forklift trucks and JCB loaders

Requirements

  • Time management skills to plan and complete work effectively
  • Maintenance skills to maintain stock levels and store cleanliness
  • Communication skills to liaise with suppliers and colleagues
  • Qualifications: forklift truck and JCB loader license
  • Experience: operating mechanical plant machinery
