We are seeking a highly skilled Store Operations Coordinator to join our team at Tapestry. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and supporting key store operations initiatives for our brands in Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and develop standard operating procedures, operational learning modules, and materials to equip store teams with effective tools to deliver operational excellence.
  • Support with invoicing, vendor communication, and payment processing for stores, reducing invoicing across all vendors to allow for focused time on reviewing contractual agreements and identifying opportunities to improve service and reinvest budgets/reduce costs.
  • Support retail leadership teams to enhance the employee and customer experience through the development of key Health & Safety processes, ensuring legislation and guidance is up to date by country at all times.
  • Partner with Finance to build the annual operating plan for Europe stores and manage store budgets throughout the year to promote profitable growth.
  • Visit stores to gain feedback from teams to improve key tools, processes, and engagement.
  • Support the development of key initiatives across store operations projects.
  • Ensure operational issues are resolved in a timely manner to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Support new store openings, key retail enhancements, and relocation projects.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience within a store operations role in retail, with an understanding of store operating procedures. Multi-brand store operations experience is desirable.
  • Proven experience with invoicing, budget management, and proficiency in Excel is essential.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Highly organized and strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Proactive, driven, and innovative.
  • Team player, strong attention to detail, and multi-tasking ability.
  • European language skills are a plus.
