Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Production Planner to join our team at Premdor. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing efficient production plans that meet customer requirements and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accurate production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including purchasing and production, to ensure raw materials are available to support production plans.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and implement process changes to optimize production efficiency.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Prepare and present production reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with the production planning manager to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in production planning or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
