Role Overview

We are seeking specialists in Non-Financial Risk to take on various Project/Programme Management or Business Analyst roles within prominent Financial Institutions. As a Subject Matter Expert in Risk, you will be expected to possess a comprehensive understanding of the Operational Risk landscape and collaborate closely with stakeholders to promote best practices through risk transformation, advisory services, and implementation.

Your responsibilities will include delivering clear and concise client requirements and managing client relationships to achieve desired outcomes. You should be adept at defining and documenting business and risk processes and controls, evaluating risk frameworks, presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulations through effective risk management tools and techniques.

In this client-facing position, you will represent Capco and contribute to the growth of our Risk Practice by identifying opportunities to enhance our Risk presence in the industry.

Required Skills & Experience

Essential:

  • Experience in Enterprise Risk Management or Operational Risk, preferably within Financial Services
  • Background in trade surveillance
  • Knowledge of market abuse regulations
  • Familiarity with communications surveillance
  • Understanding of market conduct principles
  • Ability to establish trusted advisor relationships with key client stakeholders
  • Strong grasp of key risk regulations and trends in Financial Services
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Experience in project or change management
  • Proficient in documenting and analyzing processes and controls, identifying weaknesses, and proposing enhancements
  • Detail-oriented with the capacity to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy
