About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team at Recruit Right. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for working with prospects to identify their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate leads and convert them into successful customers through customer sales methods such as door-to-door, cold calling, and presentations.
  • Research and forecast sales, develop sales strategies and methods, and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Visit customers regularly to evaluate their needs and desires, and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Create sales targets and work to meet them individually and as a team.
  • Monitor the organisation's competitors, their products, and marketing strategies.
  • Act as a representative for the organisation during customer meetings and presentations.
  • Maintain customer accounts and records of sales.
  • Report and provide feedback to management using financial data collected.

Requirements
  • Previous experience (2+ years) in field sales (essential)
  • Confident personality
