Key Responsibilities:
- Full Recruitment Cycle Management: You will oversee the entire recruitment process, from client acquisition to candidate placement, while enhancing our market footprint.
- Relationship Development: Initially, your focus will be on revitalizing and cultivating relationships with previously engaged clients, alongside identifying new business prospects.
- Market Research: Engage in proactive research and networking to pinpoint potential clients within the M&E sectors.
Client Engagement:
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain connections with key decision-makers to comprehend their recruitment requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Advisory Role: Act as a trusted consultant to clients, offering insights on recruitment best practices, market dynamics, and talent acquisition methodologies.
- Client Briefings: Conduct thorough briefings to understand job specifications, organizational culture, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Expectation Management: Ensure client expectations are met throughout the recruitment journey, delivering timely and professional service.
- Partnership Development: Foster strong client relationships to promote repeat business and long-term collaborations.
Candidate Sourcing:
- Diverse Sourcing Techniques: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events to identify and assess candidates in the M&E sectors.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate documentation of client and candidate interactions, as well as all recruitment activities within our CRM/ATS system.
- Performance Tracking: Generate regular reports and metrics to monitor sales and activity targets, KPIs, and business development initiatives.
- Compliance Assurance: Ensure adherence to GDPR and all relevant legal and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
We seek candidates with proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally within the Construction or Engineering sectors. The ideal candidate will possess:
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment methodologies and sourcing strategies.
- Proficiency in recruitment software, ATS/CRM systems, etc.
- A passion for recruitment and a drive to achieve exceptional outcomes.
