Client Engagement:

Candidate Sourcing:
  • Diverse Sourcing Techniques: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events to identify and assess candidates in the M&E sectors.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate documentation of client and candidate interactions, as well as all recruitment activities within our CRM/ATS system.
  • Performance Tracking: Generate regular reports and metrics to monitor sales and activity targets, KPIs, and business development initiatives.
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure adherence to GDPR and all relevant legal and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:
We seek candidates with proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally within the Construction or Engineering sectors. The ideal candidate will possess:
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment methodologies and sourcing strategies.
  • Proficiency in recruitment software, ATS/CRM systems, etc.
