Role Overview:

We are in search of an enthusiastic Partner Relations Specialist to join our team, providing essential support to our Partner Operations Help Desks.

In this vital position, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of Onecom Partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with our partners by building rapport and trust on a daily basis.
  • Offer technical support for our products and services, including Data connectivity, Voice over IP, and Mobile telephony.
  • Provide exceptional partner experiences through outstanding email and verbal communication.


Candidate Requirements:
  • Exceptional communication abilities.
  • Desire to learn and tackle challenges.
  • Proficient in computer usage.
  • Technical knowledge, interest, or experience is a plus.
