We are seeking a highly skilled HR Advisor to join our dynamic team at Mears Group. As a key member of our HR team, you will provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations issues, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide HR advice and guidance to employees and managers on policies and procedures.
- Manage a high-volume caseload, including disciplinary, absence management, grievance, and performance issues.
- Develop and implement effective solutions to employee relations issues, working closely with managers and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all cases, identifying trends and reporting as necessary.
- Collaborate with the HR Team Leader to discuss complex cases, share best practices, and ensure a seamless service.
- CIPD level 3 or above is essential for this role.
- Previous experience as a HR Advisor is required.
- Experience working in an environment with TUPE and Trade Unions is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Confident user of Microsoft packages, including Word and Excel.
- Previous use of Workday and other HR systems is desirable but not essential.
