About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Growth Strategist to join our team at VML Enterprise Solutions. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in helping us formulate our growth strategy by providing data-driven insights and expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud.

Key Responsibilities
  • CRM Strategy and Operations: Develop and implement CRM strategies to drive business growth, including database segmentation, report creation, and data visualization.
  • Marketing Cloud Management: Manage day-to-day operations of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud, ensuring seamless execution of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
  • Insight-Driven Decision Making: Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business decisions, leveraging tools like Google Analytics to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including growth marketing, new business, and sales, to ensure alignment and effective execution of CRM strategies.
  • Expertise and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM, Salesforce, and marketing automation, applying innovative solutions to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in CRM strategy, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Sales Cloud, with a strong understanding of data-driven marketing and analytics.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with proficiency in analytical tools like Google Analytics and Microsoft Office.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, with a strong understanding of CRM principles and marketing automation.
