The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Growth Strategist to drive forward our proposition and continue to grow our subscriber base. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing and leading innovation in paid channels (search and social) as well as running the CRM on Klaviyo.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth through paid channels and CRM
  • Lead innovation in search and social media marketing
  • Manage and optimize the CRM on Klaviyo
  • Collaborate with agencies and build a team to support growth
  • Work closely with the CEO to achieve business objectives

Requirements

  • At least 5 years' experience in a growth-focused or performance role
  • Hands-on experience in paid channels and CRM
  • Experience driving growth in an app, alongside a website
  • Strong understanding of the food industry and D2C environment
