Job Description

We're seeking a creative and inspiring Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Marylebone, London. As a strong brand ambassador, you'll share our values and bring our products to life. Your role will be to lead our team with compassion and understanding, while delivering strong sales results and maintaining store execution that meets our brand standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and follow up on sales and KPIs to drive growth and make informed decisions
  • Communicate with the District Team to ensure store allocations and garment levels support sales
  • Ensure store execution meets brand standards on a daily basis
  • Implement and follow up on store operations, including maintenance and loss prevention
  • Lead the team with compassion and understanding, while delivering strong sales results
Requirements
  • High School graduate or equivalent; Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 2+ years in managerial experience
  • 4+ years in retail sales experience, with a focus on fashion
  • Some experience with Visual Merchandising
