Job Overview

MacGregor Black is seeking a seasoned Marketing Manager to lead the company's marketing efforts and drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong marketing background within the sports industry, a passion for sport, and the ability to execute successful marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Comprehensive Marketing Strategies
    • Design and implement marketing plans to promote the company's brand, products, and services across various channels, including digital, social media, print, events, and sponsorships.
    • Collaborate with product development teams to plan product launches, create compelling messaging, and develop marketing campaigns to drive awareness and sales.
  • Oversee Digital Marketing Initiatives
    • Manage digital marketing efforts, including website management, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
    • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer surveys to inform marketing strategies.
  • Plan and Execute Marketing Events
    • Organize and execute marketing events, including product launches and trade shows, to enhance brand presence.
    • Liaise with internal teams (product development, sales, and customer service) to align marketing activities with business objectives.
  • Monitor and Analyze Marketing Performance
    • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to optimize future campaigns.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing, preferably within the sports industry.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, tools, and analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive, creative thinker with a passion for sport and in-depth knowledge of the market.
  • Proven ability to manage and execute marketing campaigns successfully.
