About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team at MKJ Ignite. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders and collaborate with our warehouse team to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Invoicing: Manage and issue invoices, ensuring every transaction is documented and processed without a hitch.
  • Credit Control: Oversee payment collections, track outstanding invoices, and work with customers to resolve payment issues.
  • Bookkeeping: Maintain up-to-date financial records, assist with monthly reconciliations, and keep an eye on company expenses.
  • Office Management: Keep the office in top shape by managing supplies, organizing documents, and ensuring a productive workspace.
  • Founders' Support: Provide essential administrative support to our CEO & Managing Director, helping them focus on growing the business.
  • Organisational Wizardry: You excel at juggling multiple tasks without dropping the ball.
  • Attention to Detail: Whether it's financial records or office management, accuracy is your middle name.
  • Tech Savvy: You know your way around bookkeeping and invoicing software (experience with Xero or Unleashed is a big plus).
  • Great Communicator: You're a pro at both written and verbal communication.
  • Self-Starter: You're proactive, conscientious, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
