Retail Merchandising Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Tactical Retail Merchandiser to join our team in the Haltwhistle area. As a key member of our field-based retail merchandising team, you will work with high street retailers on behalf of leading household name brands.
Key Responsibilities- Compliance and Standards: Ensure adherence to merchandising standards, store policies, and health and safety guidelines. Implement planograms to maintain consistency and compliance.
- Product Placement and Replenishment: Arrange and organize products on shelves and displays to maximize visibility and appeal.
- Promotional and Point of Sale Setup: Set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
- Strong Communication and Relationship Building: Build and maintain good working relationships with in-store colleagues, particularly department and store managers. Provide accurate and timely feedback to our client account teams.
- Flexibility in terms of availability
- Experience in merchandising, retail, and/or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and use initiative to find solutions
- Pride in delivering great standards and service for our clients
- Comfortable with manual handling and willing to accept home deliveries of point of sale or stock items
- Confident using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos, and answer questions about tasks
- A full UK driving license and access to a car
