Tactical Retail Merchandiser

About the Role:
This is a tactical role that would suit someone who wants to supplement another job, is looking for occasional work or seasonal hours. As a Tactical Retail Merchandiser with eXPD8, you will be an integral part of a field-based retail merchandising team, working in a range of high street retailers on behalf of exciting household name brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure fixtures are set up effectively, products and promotions are displayed attractively, and shelves are well-stocked.
- Implement merchandising standards and guidelines, store policies and procedures, and health and safety guidance.
- Arrange and organize products on shelves and displays to maximize visibility and appeal.
- Set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
- Build and maintain good working relationships with in-store colleagues, particularly department and store managers.
- Provide accurate and timely feedback to our client account teams.
Requirements:
- Flexibility in terms of availability.
- Experience of, or a passion for, merchandising, retail, and/or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive having ownership of your own work within set time frames, using your own initiative to find solutions.
- Pride in delivering great standards and service for our clients.
- Comfortable with manual handling and able to move and arrange products from the warehouse to the shopfloor.
- Willing to accept home deliveries of point of sale or stock items for some visits.
- Confident using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos, and answer questions about your tasks.
- A full UK driving license and access to a car is required.
