Role Objective
The primary aim of this position is to facilitate training for our warehouse and manufacturing personnel, ensuring that all team members possess the essential skills and knowledge required for their roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the provision of crucial training and mentorship during the initial twelve weeks of employment for new hires, equipping them for success throughout their probationary period.
  • Continuously update and enhance standard operating procedures, including revisions to working practices, and coordinate refresher training through observations, assessments, and policy updates.
  • Conduct training sessions focused on specific skills and procedures relevant to the factory floor, including safe work systems, food hygiene, health and safety, and food safety, adhering to established standards.
  • Support the site-level induction process for all new employees.
  • Maintain comprehensive training records for all site personnel.
  • Ensure quality standards are upheld through regular audits and checks.
  • Monitor and evaluate learner progress through feedback and discussions.

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
  • Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Familiarity with computer applications such as Word, Excel, Email, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Understanding of production and manufacturing processes.
  • Practical experience in mentoring and coaching individuals in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
  • Experience in training delivery.
