Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Specialist

Job Title: Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Workforce Partner
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Workforce Partner. This role will play a crucial part in shaping our organization's culture and promoting equality across all levels of our Trust.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement localized EDI action plans aligned with the Trust's overall strategy
- Analyze data related to EDI metrics, including WRES, WDES, and Model Employer targets
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote EDI awareness and engagement
- Design and deliver tailored EDI training programs in partnership with the Learning and Development team
- Prepare reports and presentations on the progress and impact of EDI initiatives
- Provide guidance on EDI policies and best practices to managers and staff
- Support the implementation and evaluation of the Patient and Carers Race Equality Framework (PCREF)
- Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in the Trust's EDI practices
- Participate in relevant networks and forums to share knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry best practices

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in equality, diversity, and inclusion, with experience in developing and implementing EDI action plans. They will also have excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders.
