As a vital member of the Group Transformation function, you will play a significant role within the Enterprise PMO team. Your primary responsibility will be to assist PMO Management in executing the PMO Service Catalogue, ensuring governance and providing support services to various projects and programs across the JD change portfolio.

Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with project and program teams throughout the entire delivery lifecycle. Your leadership will be essential in implementing effective processes that foster continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Enterprise PMO Management team in managing tasks effectively, stepping in for the PMO Manager when necessary.
  • Supervise the application of Enterprise PMO governance, assurance, and support activities conducted by PMO Analysts, tailored to the specific needs of assigned programs and projects.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise PMO management to enhance existing processes, aiming to elevate the maturity of PMO service delivery and project execution across Group Transformation and JD as a whole.
  • Partner with Programme Managers to identify and implement value-added initiatives that improve delivery support.
  • Lead the task management of PMO Analyst colleagues, focusing on specific activities related to key programs and projects as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Support the PMO Leadership team in executing the Enterprise PMO Service Catalogue, which encompasses governance, assurance, and support services across Group Transformation programs and projects.
  • Take charge of delivering PMO services at both program and project levels, working independently or in collaboration with PMO Analysts as the task manager.
  • Promote engagement across programs and projects, working alongside PMO Analysts to ensure compliance with project delivery methodologies and assurance processes, while assisting the PMO Manager in addressing any non-compliance issues.
  • Oversee the coordination, collection, and summarization of project reporting, ensuring timely updates are provided to PMO Analysts. Act as an escalation point to support the EPMO Manager as needed.
