About the Role

NurtureCare is a leading provider of home-based care services for children and young adults with complex health needs. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team in Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, and Leicestershire.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to children and young adults with complex health needs in their own homes.
  • Work collaboratively with our experienced training team to develop your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting the well-being of our service users.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in care, preferably in a similar setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Level 2/Level 3 Qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent.

  • Gastrostomy care
