Join Our Team as a Healthcare Assistant

NurtureCare is a leading provider of home-based care services for children and young adults with complex health needs. We are seeking reliable, passionate, and dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join our team across Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, and Leicestershire.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to upskill and be trained directly by our experienced training team within one or more of our bespoke packages. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will work in a home environment, providing high-quality care and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients with complex health needs
  • Assist with medication administration and other healthcare tasks
  • Work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality care
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals
Requirements
  • Previous experience of working in care
  • Level 2/Level 3 Qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
