Healthcare Support Worker

NurtureCare is a leading provider of home care services for children and young adults with complex health needs. We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Healthcare Support Worker to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with our experienced training team and develop your skills in providing high-quality care to our clients.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience of working in care
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A Level 2/Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent
Desirable skills and experience include:
- Gastrostomy care
- Chest management
- Seizure management and emergency medication administration
- Medication administration
- Tracheostomy care
- Personal care
- Moving and handling
- A full UK driver's licence
