Job Summary

This role is responsible for providing cleaning and maintenance services to support the operations of EMCOR UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of school facilities, adhering to company standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out daily cleaning tasks to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in school facilities.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and report any maintenance issues or hazards.
  • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and machinery in accordance with manufacturer's instructions and company policies.
  • Assist in the preparation and implementation of cleaning schedules and plans.
  • Provide excellent customer service to school staff, students, and visitors.

Requirements
