Job Summary

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Field Service Technician to provide technical support and repair services to our clients in the greater Oxford region. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing complex electro-mechanical systems, providing excellent customer service, and achieving key productivity goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and repair services to clients in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex electro-mechanical systems, including electrical and mechanical components.
  • Use electro-mechanical skills to repair devices, including the ability to read and comprehend electrical schematics.
  • Achieve key productivity goals, including 5 gross calls per day, an efficiency rating of 50% or higher, and response time commitments between 2-4 hours.

Requirements

  • Electro-mechanical experience, including the ability to use a multi-meter to troubleshoot electrical circuits.
  • Superior time management skills and reliability, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and appropriate insurance coverage.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds, walk, stand, squat, bend, and drive for over 50% of the workday.
