About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team at F5 Consultants. As a key member of our IT Support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first and second-line technical support to clients via various channels
  • Work on project-based tasks and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in IT support
Requirements
  • Expertise in Microsoft Windows 11 support and Microsoft 365 administration
  • Experience with Intune MDM, Microsoft Azure, and PowerShell scripting
  • Skilled in network diagnosis tools on Windows, MacOS, and Linux
  • CompTIA or Microsoft certification
  • Familiarity with ITIL environments
