About the Role

The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for technical leadership of a small but growing team of software developers who are creating innovative software systems and tools. The team is focused on developing near-real-time software for data acquisition systems and non-real-time software for data processing systems and analytical tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and test embedded software.
  • Work with real-time or near-real-time sensing hardware, communication devices, and data acquisition systems, typically using C++, C#,.NET, Java.
  • Develop non-real-time data processing and analysis systems, typically using Python, Java, C# or C++.
  • Experience with cloud computing like AWS & Azure.
  • Strong skills in Agile software development practices.
  • Strong documentation practices.
Requirements
  • A good technical degree in a relevant field, for example in electronic or software engineering or computer science.
