Key Responsibilities

  • Developing core software applications, APIs, and customer integrations using Python.
  • Collaborating with the team to identify and prioritize technical projects.
  • Designing and implementing scalable software solutions.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of commercial software engineering experience with a minimum of 2 years in Python.
  • Solid object-oriented programming skills on a Python software stack.
  • Relational database experience.
  • A deep understanding of backend web application development and online transaction processing.

Desirable Skills

  • Web frameworks and RESTful APIs experience.
  • Competency with Git and SQL.
  • Test-driven development.
  • Shell/Bash/Unix familiarity.
