Job RoleAs a Homecare Worker with Nurseplus, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with their daily needs, promoting their well-being and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes
- Assist with medication administration and nutritional needs
- Support clients with learning difficulties, complex care needs, mental health needs, dementia, and older people
- Adhere to clients' individual care plans
- Flexible shifts to fit around you - full or part-time, days, nights, and weekends
- Minimum of 2 hour call length
- Competitive pay rates from £13.45 to £20.17 per hour, weekly pay
- Free training - In line with the Care Certificate
- Ongoing support and further development opportunities with in-house courses and funded qualifications
- Annual pay increase
- Eligibility to apply for a Blue Light card, offering thousands of amazing discounts online and on the high street
- Must be over 18 to apply
- Have the right to work in the UK
- A Full UK Driving License - Full travel expenses are covered up to 50p per mile
- A good standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively
- An enhanced DBS, which you can apply for upon registration (Cost of which £45.40. This will be refunded after a set period of work)
