About the Role

We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Enabling Independence Support Specialist to join our team in Ashford.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting people with learning disabilities to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting clients with daily tasks such as attending appointments, going to day centres, social activities, day trips out, taking medication, preparing meals, and personal care.
  • Supporting clients with shopping, budgeting, meal prep, and essentials.

As an Enabling Independence Support Specialist, you will work closely with our team to provide personalized support that enables clients to reach their full potential.

About You

We are looking for an individual who is empathetic, patient, and able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

You will need to have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and be willing to learn and develop your skills further.

No previous experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure you have the knowledge and skills needed to deliver high-quality support.
