Working Hours: 48 hours per week
Working Pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off - 12-hour shifts from 6:30pm to 6:30am

About the Role

As a Residential Services Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional, cost-effective concierge service. Your efforts will significantly enhance the quality of life for residents, ensuring that communal areas are maintained to the highest standards. You will take pride in your work, actively engaging with residents to understand their needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a customer-focused concierge and security service for all residents and visitors.
  • Proactively enhance the security of the premises, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
  • Monitor and maintain the CCTV system, assisting authorized personnel when necessary.
  • Conduct inspections for faults and health & safety compliance, reporting issues promptly.
  • Perform daily cleaning duties and general health and safety checks.
  • Maintain accurate records of visitors and incidents, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Wear the designated uniform and protective equipment as required.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure a safe working environment.

About You

We are seeking candidates who possess:

  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with residents and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of health and safety legislation relevant to concierge services.
  • Experience in record keeping and familiarity with Microsoft applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
