We are seeking an enthusiastic and caring individual to join our team as an Independent Living Officer. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our older residents to live independently for longer.

As an Independent Living Officer, you will be responsible for establishing and building relationships with community agencies, voluntary organisations, and other groups to support the aims of our service. You will also be responsible for providing a first-class customer experience to residents, contractors, and internal colleagues.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable working independently and can show initiative to make decisions for themselves. You will also be able to contribute to the continuous improvement of our Living Service provided to older residents.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing and building relationships with community agencies, voluntary organisations, and other groups to support the aims of our service
  • Providing a first-class customer experience to residents, contractors, and internal colleagues
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of our Living Service provided to older residents
  • Organising successful opportunities for residents to engage with the wider community to reduce social isolation
