We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as an Independent Living Officer - Community Liaison. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our older residents and help them remain living independently for longer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and build relationships with community agencies, voluntary organizations, and other groups to support the aims of our service.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, contractors, and internal colleagues.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our Living Service provided to older residents.
  • Organize opportunities for residents to engage with the wider community to reduce social isolation.
Requirements
  • Experience of working with older people.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions with initiative.
