About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality and Governance Coordinator to join our team at Primary Care 24. As a key member of our Quality Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Clinical Quality and Governance Manager in the management of clinical quality and governance across the business.
  • Provide administrative support, including agenda preparation, minutes taking, and data analysis for quality and governance related meetings.
  • Contribute to the production of timely data for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports.
  • Work collaboratively with the quality team and other stakeholders to coordinate the production of the annual quality report.
  • Provide administrative support to the quality team as required.
  • Attend quality team meetings and other meetings as necessary.
  • Manage the Datix reporting system for patient safety incidents, ensuring accurate and timely logging and updating.
About You
  • ECDL or equivalent proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional (Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Excel).
  • Experience in managing challenging and sensitive enquiries, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge and understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance.
  • Experience in a similar governance or quality role in a healthcare provider.
  • Knowledge of the Datix Risk Management System.
