We are seeking a highly skilled Quality and Governance Coordinator to join our team at Primary Care 24. As a key member of our Quality Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Clinical Quality and Governance Manager in the management of clinical quality and governance across the business.
- Provide administrative support, including agenda preparation, minutes, and data analysis for quality and governance related meetings.
- Contribute to the production of timely data for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports.
- Work collaboratively with the quality team and other stakeholders to coordinate the production of the annual quality report.
- Provide administrative support to the quality team as required.
- Attend quality team meetings and other meetings as necessary.
- Manage the Datix reporting system for patient safety incidents, ensuring accurate and timely logging and updating.
- ECDL or proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional (Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Excel).
- Experience in managing challenging and sensitive enquiries, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of healthcare regulations and standards.
- Experience in a similar governance/quality role in a healthcare provider.
- Knowledge of Datix Risk Management System.
