Job Description

Job Title: Quality Assurance Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our team at Primary Care 24. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Clinical Quality and Governance Manager and the wider Quality Team, ensuring the efficient and comprehensive management of clinical quality and governance across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Clinical Quality and Governance Manager in the management of clinical quality and governance across the business.
  • Provide administrative support, including agenda preparation, minutes, and data production for quality and governance related meetings.
  • Contribute to weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports with timely data in relation to quality and clinical governance.
  • Work with the quality team and others across the business to coordinate a collaborative approach to the production of the annual quality report.
  • Provide other administrative support to the quality team as required.
  • Attend quality team meetings and other meetings as required.

Requirements:

  • ECDL or ability to demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional (Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Excel).
  • Experience of managing challenging and sensitive enquiries on the telephone with the ability to remain calm, resilient, and applying tact and empathy.
  • Experience of working within a similar governance/quality role in a healthcare provider.
  • Knowledge of Datix Risk Management System.
