Job Title: Hospitality Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hospitality Sales Professional to join our dynamic team at SRS Group Holdings Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our client's high-quality, market-leading ranges of Floor Covering solutions to Architects, Interior Designers, Design & Build / Fit-Out companies, Procurement companies, Main Contractors, Sub Contractors, and End User clients within the Hospitality & Leisure sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Raise our client's profile in the Hospitality & Leisure sector by expanding, growing, developing, and nurturing the existing customer base through strong business development and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrate strong and diplomatic negotiation skills to secure profitable sales and account growth.
  • Generate new business through proactiveness in the marketplace and manage and develop accounts.
  • Be able to promote solutions on design capabilities over and above price and network and entertain clients and customers.
  • Embracing the A&D Community in the region and grow Sales within agreed target markets: Hospitality & Leisure.
  • Grow and maintain a robust sales pipeline and collaborate with colleagues with professionalism and integrity on projects which are interconnected across the business.
Requirements:
  • At least 5-10 years' experience promoting an interior design-led product or service offering along with an in-depth understanding of sustainability, design, and what those entail.
  • A sound network of relationships, connections, and understanding of the A&D, Fit Out / D&B / Main / Subcontractor companies that operate in the area, especially within the Hospitality & Leisure arena.
  • Experience of long-term project selling cycles and evidence of stability and success in similar previous roles.
  • A growth mindset and be a business development driven field sales professional with strong team player skills.
  • Full driving license and computer literate (to include Excel).
  • An entrepreneurial profile: High motivation, dynamism, and autonomy to develop your own business within the target sector, with methodology and constant focus.
