About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in the Vale of Glamorgan. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing emotional and practical support to young people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day support to young people, empowering them to gain independence and reach their full potential
  • Work collaboratively with the young person's keyworker to provide support and advice in line with their support plan
  • Engage and build strong relationships with young people, understanding the impacts of homelessness, domestic abuse, and trauma
