Safeguarding Admin Opportunity

We are partnering with an Academy Trust in the West Midlands to recruit a Safeguarding Admin on a temporary 8-week contract. The hourly rate of pay is negotiable up to £15 per hour, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support with reviewing safeguarding documents and ensuring accessibility
  • Provide administrative support for safeguarding training delivery and compliance
  • Keep safeguarding records and systems up to date and accurate
  • Support the safeguarding team with administrative tasks related to Designated Safeguarding Leads
  • Support completion of safeguarding referrals and referrals to external agencies
  • Have a working knowledge of safeguarding systems (preferably CPOMs) and data entry
  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks relating to safeguarding
