About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning and Development Professional to join our HR team at Tokio Marine Kiln. As a Learning and Development Advisor, you will play a key role in designing, delivering, and managing our Early Careers Programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Early Careers Programmes, including rotations and apprenticeship management.
  • Manage relationships with external providers and stakeholders.
  • Provide support and guidance to line and rotation managers.
  • Oversee performance management and feedback approach for graduates and apprentices.
  • Design and deliver induction programmes and training modules.
  • Support the Performance Management process and drive business outcomes.
  • Oversee the Professional Studies sponsorship programme and process.
