About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Programme Manager to lead our projects to success. As a Programme Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our projects' outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Strategy and Planning: Develop and refine project strategies, methodologies, and work practices for the project team.
  • Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with key clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
  • Project Portfolio Management: Effectively manage project portfolios and timelines.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Generate comprehensive project solution documentation.
  • Project Objectives and Scope: Set, monitor, and adapt project objectives as needed.
  • Change Control: Oversee variations to project scope through effective change control procedures.

Requirements

  • Industry Knowledge: Preferably, previous exposure to mechanical environments.
  • Project Management Tools: Strong familiarity with project management processes and tools.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • IT Skills: Competence in IT systems, with a willingness to learn our ERP.
  • Adaptability: The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
  • Customer Engagement: A knack for engaging with customers from various industries.
