Job Title: Piping Calculation Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Piping Calculation Specialist to join our team at WB Power Services Ltd. As a key member of our technical team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient management of quotations, orders, and technical support while adhering to our ISO standards and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

* CRM & ERP Management: Keep Salesforce and Protean systems updated at every stage of the quotation and order process to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

* Technical Support: Provide technical expertise to colleagues preparing quotations, using a coaching approach to enhance team skills.

* Order Processing: Manage incoming orders in accordance with WBPS procedures.

* Project Handover: Arrange and attend handover meetings for complex successful quotations. Create and deliver RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statements) for these projects.

* Supplier Liaison: Communicate with suppliers as necessary to support project requirements.

* Continuous Learning: Attend supplier and internal training sessions as requested to enhance your technical knowledge and expertise.

Requirements:

* Technical knowledge in generator installations, maintenance, or related fields.

* Proficiency in Salesforce, Protean, or similar CRM/ERP systems.

* Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
