Job Summary:
Membership Bespoke is seeking an experienced Training Coordinator to join our team. As a Training Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering the assessment processes within specified time limits. You will ensure that learners experience a fair and consistent assessment service while maintaining the integrity of the qualifications offered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver assessment processes within specified time limits
- Ensure learners experience a fair and consistent assessment service
- Maintain the integrity of qualifications offered
- Work with examiners and institute colleagues to support assessments
- Prepare and check assessment materials
- Report assessment results to support Board meetings
- Ensure accurate reflection of assessment results in the institute database
Requirements:
- Excellent customer care skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work in a flexible, proactive way
- Discreet and diplomatic in handling confidential and sensitive information
- Able to maintain high levels of accuracy and a calm, methodical approach
- Ability to sustain concentration, speed, and accuracy during bulk processing
