Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join our team at a leading wind power company. As a key member of the commercial team, you will be responsible for managing all commercial elements to ensure contracts are fulfilled from a client, subcontractor, and internal aspect.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage cash flow planning, risk management, and monthly forecasts for large projects
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Identify and mitigate commercial risks to ensure project success
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Background in finance or Quantity Surveying with experience in heavy Civils, Construction, or Utilities companies
  • Passionate about renewable energy and committed to contributing to the UK's net zero targets
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyze complex data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
