About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Sector Director to join our team at Ramboll. As a key member of our UK Buildings Market, you will play a crucial role in developing and growing our services within the Commercial sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and expansion in the Commercial sector
  • Lead large multi-disciplinary project teams to deliver commercial projects
  • Influence colleagues to build their careers in the sector through coaching, mentoring, and recruitment
  • Contribute to the development of Ramboll's technical delivery teams through innovation, digital advances, and project delivery
  • Participate in and manage large tenders or proposals
  • Deliver to an agreed revenue target and profitability
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in project and/or programme management in the commercial sector. You should have an in-depth understanding of the commercial sector, including associated challenges and opportunities. Additionally, you should have a passion for sustainability and a strong interest in driving change that underpins a sustainable transformation of society.

You will be a business acumen and able to build strong relations with internal and external stakeholders. Effective communication skills in English are essential.
