About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Associate Director to join our team at Dentsu Global in London. As a key member of our global new business team, you will be responsible for driving incremental revenue growth and helping to scale our global client roster.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the global Business Development team in meeting Dentsu management revenue targets through prospecting, new business, and client growth.
  • Lead on pitches/business development projects from end-to-end with the oversight/support of the Business Development Director.
  • Support and/or project manage the delivery of global, regional, and multi-market pitches.
  • Project manage and/or support the innovative delivery of RFIs and RFPs as well as the development of creative content, including global collateral, case studies, and credentials.
  • Support pitch teams in a variety of functions: production, facilitating brainstorms, competitive research, data requirements, logistics, rehearsals, and pitch theatre.
  • Provide strategic support, identification of pitch teams, and team resourcing feeds into Commercial alignment/proposition.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of Business Development/Client Servicing experience within the Media industry.
  • Knowledge of ATL and BTL marketing strategies.
  • Strong Project Management skills.
  • The ability to adapt and work in a pressurised – ever-changing environment.
  • Experience in end-to-end pitch processes, including market intelligence, analysis, management, and project pitch deliverables.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders/markets.
  • Strong communication skills.
