  • Present menu options, answer questions, and make recommendations to guests.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Head Waiter or similar role in a high-end restaurant.
  • Extensive knowledge of food and beverage, including menu planning and wine pairings.

  • Experience in developing constructive working relationships with colleagues and customers.
