Head Waiter/Waitress Opportunity

Great Scotland Yard Hotel, part of The Unbound Collection by Hyatt, is seeking a skilled Head Waiter/Waitress to join our team. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Head Waiter/Waitress to lead our afternoon tea service. You will be responsible for ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience, from the moment they arrive to the moment they depart.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Lead a team of servers to deliver seamless service during afternoon tea.
  • Work closely with the food and beverage team to ensure that all aspects of the service are executed to the highest standard.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
