Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Care Manager to lead our care team. As a Deputy Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality care services to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of care staff to ensure excellent care standards are met
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Monitor and evaluate care services to identify areas for improvement

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a leadership role within a care setting
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality care services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
