In this role, you will work alongside the Superintendent Pharmacist to lead the team's dispensing services, taking charge of the day-to-day running and coordinating technical support to optimise a dispensary that prioritises safety, collaboration, and patient-centred care.

This is a permanent, Full-Time role for a Pharmacy Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the team's dispensing services and manage the day-to-day running of the dispensary.
  2. Coordinate technical support to optimise dispensary operations and ensure safety and patient-centred care.
  3. Work closely with the Superintendent Pharmacist to develop and implement strategies to improve dispensary performance.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with GP services and other healthcare providers.
Requirements:
  1. NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Dispenser or NVQ Level 3 Pharmacy Technician/ACT.
  2. Registration with the GPhC if a Technician/ACT.
  3. Experience managing a pharmacy team.
  4. Tier 2 visa sponsorship available for candidates with UK-based pharmacy experience.
