About the Role

Practice Plus Group, the UK's leading independent provider of NHS services, is seeking a skilled Bank Pharmacist to join its team at HMP Lewes. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing patient-facing care, dispensing medication, and delivering clinical screening and structured medication reviews.

Responsibilities

  1. Deliver high-quality patient care, ensuring safe and effective medication management.
  2. Participate in clinical screening and structured medication reviews, promoting better health outcomes.
  3. Work collaboratively with the pharmacy team to provide seamless patient care.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will hold a BSc or Masters Degree in Pharmacy, be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council, and have a passion for developing your pharmaceutical skills. You will also possess a flexible approach to working within a team that encourages new ideas.
