We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to join our Community Mental Health Team as a Band 6 Nurse, Occupational Therapist, or Social Worker.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing assessment, treatment planning, and interventions to service users with moderate to severe mental illness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, treatment planning, and interventions to service users with moderate to severe mental illness
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and support

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans that meet the individual needs of service users
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the continuous development of the team

Requirements:

  • Current Professional qualification as a Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist, or Social Worker
  • Experience of working in a community mental health setting
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities
